Billing Rate
We use a flat-rate system based on the Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) model, which reflects wastewater discharged by a typical single-family residence. The current rate is $105 per EDU per quarter.

Electronic, money orders, personal or business checks, and cash.
Payment instructions
To pay your bill online, use the Pay Bill button, located at the top of every page. If paying by check, please make it payable to Valley Forge Sewer Authority or VFSA and include your billing return stub.
After-hours drop-off
A secure mail slot is located at the front door of the Administration Building for after-hours payments.
Billing Schedule
Our billing occurs at the beginning of each calendar quarter, with payment due by the end of that month. Each quarter is billed in advance, covering 3 months. The schedule is as follows:
1st Quarter
Billed January 1 (Due February 1)
2nd Quarter
Billed April 1 (Due May 1)
3rd Quarter
Billed July 1 (Due August 1)
4th Quarter
Billed October 1 (Due November 1)
Account Changes
If the use or classification of a property changes, please notify us in writing within 15 days of occupancy or the issuance of an occupancy permit.
Late Fees and Penalties
Payments received 31 days or more after the billing date incur a 0.833% interest rate per month.
Payments received 61 days or later incur an additional 10% penalty.
